The restaurant was born from an idea by Quique Sastre, a lover of good food and drink who wanted to establish his business next to the port of Dénia, on a pedestrian street that has become a regular haunt for people living in the area.

The charcuterie, the cold tapas menu, and the fine drinks are the main attractions of this meticulously designed space, which was created with the help of designer Lázaro Rosa Violán, a leading figure in the world of gastronomy.
